OHHHHMY! Andrew McAttee’s pop-up exhibition photos

I’d like to thank everyone who made it to Andrew McAttee’s pop-up exhibition on the 25th & 26th of October. We had over 400 visitors during the 2 day event, including press, members of the auction houses and avid collectors of McAttee’s work. On Thursday evening we released the exclusive OHHHHMY! giclee print whilst DJ and producer, Nicholas Feel created a soundtrack to the art. Nicholas Feel to create the soundtrack to Andrew McAttee’s Art

We’ve chosen London-based DJ and producer, Nicholas Feel to create a live soundtrack to Andrew McAttee’s Art on the 25th & 26th of October 2012. What happened in the Attic?

On Thursday 28th of June 2012 we celebrated the opening of Something in the Attic at the top of a victorian building in the heart of London. As people mingled and champagne was served, we released an exclusive screen print created by David Shillinglaw and DJ Stavef created a soundtrack to the art. The evening went on and David gave a talk on the importance of art: not his art, but art as a medium for expressing one’s self. An exhibition of David Shillinglaw’s Art on the 28th & 29th June 2012

The first “Something in the Attic” event will take place in Notting Hill, London on the 28th and 29th of June 2012, bringing together art, music and charity for 2 nights only. The opening will mark the release of an exclusive screen print created by David Shillinglaw, whilst other works for sale will include original drawings and paintings curated specifically for the attic space. The art will be contextualised through a talk by David on his work and the urban art community. 50% of the art sales will go directly to Kith & Kids, a London-based charity focused on supporting people with disabilities.
